I was particularly touched by the welcoming note left in our room, and the attentive check-in process made us feel immediately at home and valued as guests.

the so-called luxurious "spa" was just a tad above a bathtub, and i had to drag my luggage into a tiny, cramped room! to add insult to injury, the breakfast options were almost as limited as the staff's hospitality, leaving me absolutely disappointed. i almost considered giving a good review but simply couldn’t, it’s just embarrassing.

The bed was huge and so comfy, it felt like lying on a cloud. We enjoyed drinks in the Drawing Room, felt like our own living room, with an open fire and nice decor.

It was pricey but worth it for the experience.

I was very disappointed when I arrived at 4:30 PM only to find my room was not ready due to a wedding party's late checkout. After traveling a long distance, being forced to wait in a crowded bar area was frustrating. the lack of proper communication about room readiness only added to my disappointment with the service.

The room layout left much to be desired, with guests finding themselves in separate buildings away from the main hotel. Some amenities like working TVs and coffee makers were hit or miss. The dining experience didn’t totally meet expectations either. the offerings were upscale but overly vinegary, making it tough for some to enjoy their meals fully.
